1. 適用

本規約は、Loupe と Komame（以下あわせて「本アプリ」）の利用に適用されます。App Store で入手した場合は、Apple の標準使用許諾契約（EULA）もあわせて適用されます。

2. 利用者の責任

本アプリに取り込む動画・リンク・メモの権利は、利用者自身が確認してください。他人の著作物は、著作権法で認められる範囲（私的使用・引用など）でご利用ください。YouTube などのサービスを本アプリで再生するときは、各サービスの利用規約に従ってください。

3. 有料機能

Loupe Pro は買い切りの購入です。BOOTH や海外向けストア（Lemon Squeezy）で買った場合の返金は、返金ポリシーに従います。App Store・Google Play で買った場合の購入・返金は、各ストアの規定に従い、同じストアのアカウントで「購入を復元」できます。

4. データ

データは利用者の端末に保存されます。端末の故障・紛失・アプリの削除に備えて、設定画面からバックアップを取ってください。運営者はデータの消失について責任を負いません。

5. 免責

本アプリは現状のまま提供されます。運営者は、本アプリの利用によって生じた損害について、法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。

6. 変更

本規約は必要に応じて変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、このページに掲載した時点から効力を持ちます。

7. Komame の確認リンク

• 確認リンクに上げる動画・ロゴ・文字の権利は、リンクを作る利用者が確認してください。他人の権利を侵すもの、法令に反するものは上げないでください。
• 機密保持の契約がある案件では、確認用の動画がインターネット上のサーバーを通ることを、契約の条件に照らして確かめてください。
• 確認リンクは期限が来ると、動画と入力された内容が削除されます。大切な指示は、期限までに本アプリに取り込んでください（起動中は自動で取り込みます）。
• プランごとに、同時に出せる本数と期限の上限があります。不正な利用やサーバーの保守のため、予告なく確認リンクを止めることがあります。
• ライセンスコードを他人に配ること・公開することは禁止します。出回ったコードは無効にすることがあります。

1. Scope

These terms apply to your use of Loupe and Komame ("the apps"). If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard EULA also applies.

2. Your content

You are responsible for the videos, links and notes you put into the app. Use other people's work only as the law allows (for example private use or quotation). When playing YouTube or other services in the app, follow their terms.

3. Paid features

Loupe Pro is a one-time purchase. If you bought it on BOOTH or through Lemon Squeezy, refunds follow our Refund Policy. If you bought it on the App Store or Google Play, purchases and refunds follow that store's rules, and you can restore a purchase with the same store account.

4. Your data

Your data lives on your device. Make backups from Settings in case of loss, damage or removal of the app. We are not liable for lost data.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from its use.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page.

7. Komame links

• You are responsible for the rights to the video, logo and text you put on a review link. Do not upload anything that infringes others' rights or breaks the law.
• For work under NDA, check your agreement: the review copy passes through an internet server.
• When a link expires, its video and what reviewers entered are deleted. Import important notes into the app before then (the app does this automatically while it is open).
• Each plan limits how many links you can have at once and how long they last. We may stop a link without notice for abuse or server maintenance.
• Do not share or publish your license code. Leaked codes may be revoked.
